Students from eight city schools recently took the learnings from art class to the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Vastu Sangrahalaya to do their bit for underprivileged children. The students displayed over 61paintings at the museum to raise close to Rs 6 lakh.

On Friday , the students were participating in a fundraising exhibition organized by Secure Giving Events, in aid of Concern India Foundation for the education of underprivileged children. Every artwork was pledged at Rs 10,000. It also gave students an opportunity to showcase their work beyond their classrooms. “It was good to help someone with the art ,“ said Prarthana Agarwal, student of Singapore International.
